The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulates real estate brokers and sales agents in Texas. This notice is provided as required by TREC rules.
Filing a Complaint
If you have a complaint about a real estate licensee, you may file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission. TREC investigates complaints and may take disciplinary action against licensees who violate the law.

Recovery Trust Account
The Texas Real Estate Recovery Trust Account provides a source of funds for consumers who have obtained a final judgment against a licensee and are unable to collect. For more information, contact TREC.
