This is a preview of the wrapper template. IDX Broker fetches the static version at /idx-wrapper.html and uses the navigation above and footer below to wrap all MLS search pages. The area below the markers is where IDX Broker injects live MLS content.
IDX Broker Content Area
When IDX Broker serves a search, map, or listing details page, the MLS content replaces this placeholder. The Colby Lilley navigation and footer remain visible throughout the entire IDX journey.

/idx-custom.css — loaded by the wrapper and configured in IDX Broker Custom CSS
Configure in IDX Broker dashboard
Design → Wrappers → Dynamic Wrapper URL → set to https://colbylilley.com/idx-wrapper.html
Add Custom CSS in IDX Broker
Design → Custom CSS → paste the contents of /idx-custom.css (or link to it)
Configure custom subdomain
search.colbylilley.com — CNAME to idx-broker (see Admin → IDX Settings → DNS)
Test visual acceptance
Search → Map → Filter → Property → Favorite → Save Search → Inquire
